I recently chose PMI to manage my rental property. I had the pleasure of working with Jay this afternoon, he came out to take pictures of my home and to confirm that everything looked great and is in perfect condition to be listed for rent. He was punctual, arrived on time. He was very professional, polite and respectful. I appreciate enormously the fact that he was very particular and detailed on making sure that the home was perfect not only for me but for the new tenant. I can tell that Jay takes pride in his work and aims to ensure that you are receiving the best service possible.

Esperanza is great and wonderful manager. She is very professional, responsible, and responsive person to get the job done. It is easy and flexible doing work with Esperanza. She helps me with any questions that I may have and she is very responsive to me. If you are looking for a person that is kind and very hard-working than Esperanza as a person you need. I truly do recommend doing work with her coming the Garcias handyman and cleaning service.

Espy- Esperanza was so helpful and sweet. She was really a blessing. She helped get us into the perfect apartment for our families needs. She went above and beyond made us feel like we were in great hands. You can tell that she likes to know she is connecting people to the perfect property, the one that is just right for them, and not just meeting a quota or bottom line. She is fluent in English and Spanish which my mother loved. We couldn’t recommend her more! No doubt we will be referring all our family and friends to her when needed!

It’s only been the first month, but so far, I’ve had a great experience with PMI. Merced. My property manager has been amazing! She’s responsive, professional, and goes above and beyond. She has even answered my texts after hours and on weekends, which I really appreciate. When I had concerns about a few repairs, they sent someone out right away. Their prompt service and great communication have made this a smooth experience. Looking forward to continuing to work with them!
