If you want to speak to an attorney that treats you with dignoty and respect call Chuck Marshall. You do not have to wade through receptionists and intake people to get to speak to an attorney.. He will talk directly to you and give you good, solid advice. I high;y recomend Chuck Marshall.

I can't begin to express how great it has been having Chuck Marshall represent me. He is an absolute world of knowledge and goes above and beyond in every situation. Recently, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from a dealership. Little did I know, the truck came with a world of headaches and the dealership was unwilling to take any responsibility.

I called Chuck, and within 2 minutes of speaking to him, he was already looking up the VIN and getting down to business. He was in constant communication with me and answered all my phone calls. His demand letter to the dealership was very impressive. The dealership settled right away. I'm confident Chuck Marshall can tackle any Dealership Fraud case you present to him. I am truly grateful.

Marshall law firm is the best. I want to thank him again. I don't think his clients are just another case to him. When I read his demand letter I had to thank him for listening to me. He not only represented me throughout the matter. He was available to answer questions I had along the way. I'm grateful that Chuck Marshall is on my side. My matter was settled before the real damage was done. I purchased a BMW Thinking they would use my capital one. “ Never do what I did, That is leaving with the car without ever seeing the contract”. Until Chuck Marshall represented me the dealership treated me and this matter like a joke.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!✨ I bought my first car which ended up breaking down the same day I purchased it. I contacted Mr.Marshall and after giving him more information he took the case. The dealer was being extremely difficult but Mr.Marshall prevailed and got me exactly what I wanted. Which was to give the car back and get a full refund.
