Horrible experience. I went to go pick up a package that supposedly I wasn't supposed to send there because they're not a UPS, which I had no idea. I apologized and the guy just kept giving me attitude about it. He still gave me my package, but gave such horrible attitude the whole time. The two ladies there were nice, but did not appreciate the attitude from the guy. Never coming again, that's for sure.

Unpleasant experience, unfair practice and unfriendly owner. I've been a mailbox holder at this business for much more than a decade, starting when it was called Mailboxes, Etc. I authorized them to charge my credit card automatically for box rental renewals. In April 2024, they charged my card for six months rental through September. Around that time I realized that they were charging me for a medium-sized box even though i had a small box. When I enquired, they tried to justify the higher charges on my card. I stopped by in July and cancelled my box rental effective the same date, and requested refund for August and September 2024. They refused citing the contract, even though the contract language was ambiguous and did not address advanced payments. Though one of the employees was serving me, the owner kept passing by and making unfriendly comments with a rude attitude. I pointed out that I was certainly one of their "oldest" customers and deserved good customer consideration; they could care less. They cared only about keeping my money for the two months of rental AFTER my cancellation effective date. In the past, the staff had always been friendly; however, limited interactions with the owner showed her to be unfriendly and money-oriented instead of customer-oriented. I do not, and will not, recommend doing with this company. The address it recently relocated from, is now occupied by a similar business.
