We were looking to get assistance from this company for immigration services. Prior to making an appointment I called in and was sent to voicmail, left a detailed message explaining what the call was for and left my contact information to get a call back. Never received a call back, I then went to their website were I was provided an option to leave a text message. Sent them a message then later received a SMS text from their office informing me someone would reach out to me. To no ones surprise, I never received a response from this company. Despite the lack of response, and our lack of better judgment, we scheduled an appointment with this office. Keep in mind they charge a $100.00 for just a 15 minute appointment, to which their website provides no information as to what is offered during this appointment. We showed up to this appointment 10 minutes earlier then what was scheduled, filled our name on the sign in sheet, and sat in their lobby for 50 minutes without anyone from company ever speaking to us or providing clarity as to the next steps. We ended up leaving after seeing how unprofessional and unprepared this company really was. The cherry on top is they are not immigration attorneys and are just "consultants", granted this information was provided through another review posted on Google so I cannot guarantee this is completely accurate. Do yourself a favor and search for a real immigration attorney that is actually capable of communicating with you. I can't imagine what kind of nightmare it would be to hire these people for thousands of dollars only to never hear from them when you wish to speak to them.

EDIT: Owner replied to my review. Attached is a screenshot from the the book online pop up when searching their company through Google. We did drive to the address displayed on Google, the company logo was on the outside of the building. There are other offices spaces adjacent to this company. Just wanted to provide clarity that we did in fact go to the correct address. The appointment was not scheduled under my name, it was my girlfriends, for privacy purposes I will not provide her name on this review.

I've been coming here to do my taxes since 2015 and I love their hospitality, quickness and professionalism. They speak Spanish and English which helps me have my other family members here too that speak both languages.
They have bathrooms to use, and plenty of seating with other friendly guests

Hi i came here for some documentation signed and they were open on a holiday. Which is great and other places I called are closed. Their services and prices are reasonable and affordable.

This place is your one stop shop for all important things for your business and personal life. I was able to do my notary and taxes in one sitting. The waiting room was comfy with couch like chairs. A TV to keep you or family entertained. Oliver is very patient with all your needs. He speaks both Spanish and English. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Im going back for accounting when my business is up and running. Thanks Zamoras, you're a life saver!

I have been waiting for my papers for a long time, and when the answer finally arrived, it was a denial. I was so discouraged by it. The only way to get the government to review the case was by signing a motion. I didn't know too much about it, and I didn't want to do it by myself. I called a couple of immigration offices, and they all wanted to charge so much. Most of the offices wanted to charge $1000 or more for it. Then I found Zamora Tax & Immigration, and they told me they could do it for $300. They also helped my husband with his taxes for other $300. Oliver told me I was going to get my approval in only 2 months. He helped me in June, and I got my card in August. I am so happy I gave this place a try!
