Extremely disappointing experience—avoid this law group.
I hired them (K.T. Tran) after a car accident injury, and once the case was settled with the insurance company, they requested 33.3% of the settlement to themselves (my original contract was 25%), 33.3% to medical providers, and left me with only 33.3%. I didn’t accept it and then they offered me 50%! Still fighting with them to get to a fair medical bills.
For example they sent me to Excel Family imaging and just for simple lower back MRI they charged me $2500 and after the negotiations it get to $1400! While it only cost no more than $350 and I only paid $250 in my previous case (3 years before this)!

In contrast, when I worked with another law firm in Los Angeles, I received 65% of the settlement, with 25% going to the attorney and only 10% to medical providers. The difference in outcome was substantial.

STAY AWAY! Don’t trust them.

If you're currently in a personal injury case with this law group, I strongly recommend transferring your case to a more client-focused attorney before signing a release statement.

They are not helpful , they just postpone the court date, and then no luck, have to pay, and can't even attend 2nd traffic school within 18 months,you are better off fighting your own case. It is not as good as a review,
The real problem is that you lied, you said "the judge has allowed you to go to traffic school after our attorney fought for you in court", after I double checked with you, I can't go to traffic school, so why did you say that your lawyers fought for me in court and the judge has allowed me to go to traffic school?
If I believed your lies I would have wasted money and a lot of time going to traffic school.
