UPS is great, and this store reflects that. I waited in line and could see that they were efficient, kind and vested in the people they were serving. The same was true when it was my turn. Zip, zip and I was done!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this UPS Store. The employees were unbelievably incompetent, unhelpful, and downright rude. Instead of assisting me with a simple shipping issue, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by even being there. There’s a $3 fee to print out ONE sheet of paper… No professionalism, no customer service just attitude and frustration. Save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else!

I have been going to this UPS Store for quite some time and have enjoyed both a business and personal relationship with the store manager. His friendly attitude and knowledge of all things UPS are clearly demonstrated by the employees he hired.
I would like to shine the light on his Star worker, Ms. Iris B. Her hands-on knowledge
are spit on! She has gone above and beyond what is expected or required and she's proven time after time that she will complete the task that she began. Her kindness and courteous demeanor are an asset to the UPS family and I hope she gets the proper recognition from the Executives.

The staff was extremely helpful, attentive and quick but didn't make you feel rushed.If you are returning items you will need to box them up prior to heading to the store. I had 5 returns and it cost me $24.00.

I was charged nearly double what I should have been to ship a package home today. I fly out tomorrow morning and didn't have time to do the research in the store but when I got back to my hotel, I did. I purchased a 12x12x12 box and was charged to ship a 14x14x14 box and she refused to use my business account that I had up and ready on the app. I was charged a total of $83.81 ($68.95 shipping, $9.99 for the box, $4.00 for packing, $0.87 tax) the shipping cost, according to the app had I been able to use my account should have been $30.95 for the same size box I purchased with the weight she entered. My total should have been more like $45. I of course don't have time to go back to fight it. My employer's office is in the building the next lot over and ships things all over the United States and even the world regularly. I will make sure to tell them to save the budget and stick to FedEx and I will too for my business shipments.
