You're better off with an actual real help from an attorney (if that means you have to spend thousands of dollars) instead of these people claiming themselves as helping and representing people with low income which is BS I'd say, they should all be fired, as a matter of fact, they should shut down their office permanently.

The free legal Aid society of San Diego helped me win a wrongful eviction case and I'm so grateful. If you're eligible, they will represent you And you could win. I did against my landlord

Travis and Wendy are great and caring. The team works as if they were paid one million or more dollars for their clients. Travis Dean busted my case wide open with the questions he asked the opposing party's witnesses. I would want him to represent me anywhere and anytime. He pays attention and listens very well. This is the kind of help and Attorney's that San Diego and any City needs. There are still some great people in this world and Travis Dean and Wendy Romero are two of them!!

At the moment I'm beginning to think that nobody really works there because nobody calls back when they do and they'll put you on hold tell you they'll do something and you'll never hear from them again

These people did absolutely nothing to help me, instead they wasted hours of my time that I do not have. It's very sad because they are supposed to be there for low income people, but instead it seems the other way around. Marni Borginia seems like she is just trying to do her job but whoever her supervisor is was rude, inconsiderate, and of no help. I hope they treat other people better than they did me.

When I first called to see if I qualify, everything seem to go OK, I was told to wait for my three day notice, once i received that i was trying to notify the representative that was assisting me, a month had went by & I forgot the lady's name.. Went to the office and the lady at the front desk was rudely talking to a man ahead of me once done with him I got the same treatment but she did give me her me and said to call her because of the non appointment. I got that no problem.. Calling the office and u GET NO ANSWER someone kept hanging up the line.. U best option is to try another FREE agent. Poor customer service all the way around.
