I'm writing this review for my mother who is blind. This office really helped my mom out when she needed it. Traci went above and beyond the call of duty. My mom was being harassed and discriminated for her disability in her building. The whole team helped her get out of the bad situation she was in. To this day, the office reaches out to wish her a happy birthday. I don't know where she would be without the help she received. We will always be grateful for the compassion and professionalism.
