I called Hector to schedule a same-day appointment at his office and he was very accommodating. He's in the same building as Tribe fitness and he buzzed me in through the callbox (#300). He was friendly and efficient. I had four documents that needed notarizing and I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I noticed on Google Maps that the business is listed as "Asian-owned, Black-owned, Latino-owned, LGBTQ+ owned, veteran-owned, women-owned" and is "LGBTQ+ friendly" and a "Transgender safespace." I try not to speculate or gate keep identities but I would be quite surprised if Hector identified as LGBTQ or as a woman. There was Trump decor around the space and Hector chatted about his political views on the latest news while working on my docs.

This has no bearing on his ability to provide responsive notary services. I only share this so folks won't go in expecting one thing and end up disappointed. If you would feel uncomfortable being helped by someone wearing a pro Trump t-shirt, you might prefer to go elsewhere. If that doesn't bother you, then Hector is your guy.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I needed to get some documents notarized so I contacted Hector at Mr. SF Notary. We used his services years prior and it was a great experience. He is easy to reach and we scheduled an appointment for later that day. We walked to his office and it was a very quick and efficient process. Hector is friendly and we enjoy talking with him. Most of all we accomplished our mission in getting our documents notarized and would go to him again.

I called Hector to inquire about Notary Services for my grandpa's retirement pension. Hector answered our call EVERY single time. He offers flexible hours. We were able to walk in on the day we called him. He has such a cool studio and his vibe is so welcoming. My grandpa is hard of hearing as a result of being in the Marines for 20 years. Hector was sensitive to his needs and made us feel welcome. He was friendly and personable. His prices are reasonable and you can tell he cares for the people he serves. We were out in less than 15 minutes! Thank you, Hector!

Hector just saved my bacon by going to do a late-night notary of a Power of Attorney for a client about to leave the country. Hector went above and beyond, even going back to the client when I made a mistake about what document needed to get signed. He is a true professional. I made the notary appointment online, but I strongly recommend that you call Hector on his cell phone to confirm, as he did not receive notice of the online appointment in my case -- so it was good that I called!!!

I needed to have a document notarized and I saw all the great reviews so I stopped by. I called the number to get the code to enter the building. The office is on the 3rd floor. Hector was very friendly and attentive the entire time. The process was super quick. Hector also offers other services such as photography and video editing. Very stand up guy. I will definitely come back again!

Hector was wonderful to work with! We needed a notary on short notice and were able to meet with Hector 10 minutes after calling him. He was friendly and thorough throughout the process of notarizing, and the meeting only took approximately 10-15minutes and was conducted professionally as well as conveniently.
