I am tempted to gate keep on this one, as I don't want him to get too busy. But if I am being honest I have to say that Rob Mougin is a terrific mediator. I have had two mediations with him and both resolved with a very reasonable mediator's proposal during the mediation and without going past normal biz hours. I like how he gets down to brass tacks quick and doesn't waste a lot of time like some do. I appreciate his demeanor with my female clients who have been through a lot, have PTSD, etc. He manages to be likeable, approachable, not condescending and totally appropriate with his language. That is a problem sometimes with my young/female/low wage earning/minority clients. He is adept at dealing with difficult attorney personalities and somehow was able to turn my impossible opposing counsel around and get them to settlement positions I did not think were possible.
