Really quick and professional as we called on the same day and Michael was able to accommodate us on a weekend. He arrived at the said location on time. Michael was very friendly and prompt (appointment took less than 15 min), and it was super easy to set up an appointment. However, there was no transparency to the fact that I would be charged extra for meeting in Oakland instead of their office in Walnut Creek and I don't see that info on the website either. I only realized after I saw the emailed receipt that I was paying four times the amount that I would've paid if I just went to the office or chose another notary service.
