Extremely confident with service of this notary for a marriage settlement agreement. I found the service with a Google search and after review of the ratings, I selected this one. I received multiple texts confirming they received my request and payment, as well as getting text reminders of the appointment including a text that the notary was enroute. He was prompt with arrival despite the website indicating that customers should understand that a 1-2 hour travel day “could” occur. Didnt like that disclaimer so much but because arrival was on time, no problem there. The notary was very friendly, took off his shoes without a request to do so, showed me he pays attention to detail and respectful. He was very well prepared as our legal prepared documents did not have the witness/notary block included as required. He pulled out two forms to include with our documents. I was very impressed and very comfortable as my wife and I are going through and unfortunate yet amicable divorce process. I did not review pricing from one notary to the other, so I can’t speak to that, but it was worth the notary coming to our family residence to do the work. One last point is the online appointment request and process was extremely easy so much That I had thought I did not complete it appropriately, but confirmation emails came in quickly, which provided some comfort for me. I highly recommend this notary for service if you are short on time and need reliable, friendly and respectful service (aside from all the other comments). I believe the name of our notary was Jeremiah, but if I’m wrong, don’t let that impact your decision on choosing Oakland prime notary. My comments are credible.

We needed a notary for some last minute POAs (Financial & Medical) and last Will & Testaments. We found Jeremiah on Thumbtack with great reviews.

It was crazy easy to schedule with link that lets you pick a day/time on a calendar. I loved that. Other Notaries that responded needed a back and forth exchange to try and find days/times that work. We have an energetic 11mo old - so we were trying to meet his schedule and have someone come to the house. To see appointments available at a glance was extremely helpful.

Jeremiah was able to come the very next morning from across the Bay AND provide a witness. He was professional, personable and made sure we understood the process at every step. The day before our Son had cried seeing his Grandma and Aunt at the house. When Jeremiah came in he talked to our son and our son was waving "Hi" and totally at easy with him there pretty much immediately. No crying!

We had a wonderful experience and will be using his service again whenever needed as well as recommending him to anyone we know in need of a notary.

Scheduling a notary appointment was very user friendly. I particularly like the option to also send a copy of the appointment for my own calendar. Come appointment date, Jeremiah was on time, and very professional. During these covid-19 times he was very respectful of social distance and he made sure he wore his protective gear. The appointment was very quick and smooth. I will definitely be calling him again in the future for another notary.

Jeremiah and Oakland Prime Mobile Notary were prompt, informative, kind, understanding, accommodating, and friendly. He really helped us out in a tough spot. My only comment is the phone service is a bit coldly corporate, but don't let that fool you, got through to a human promptly. The best.
