I got into 2 accidents in the span of 4 months in 2023. When the first one happened, even though I was not at fault, I didn’t know what to do because 5 years prior on another car accident I was rushed by the insurance company to receive money right away, the same day of the accident, so the claim could be closed. I do not recommend Sweet Lawyers. My experience with them regarding my father’s wrongful death case was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor — we were constantly left in the dark, waiting for updates, and often had to reach out multiple times before hearing anything back.

What was even more frustrating was the lack of compassion shown toward our family during such a sensitive and painful time. Instead of listening to our concerns or showing empathy, we felt rushed, ignored, and treated like just another case. Our emotional needs and input were dismissed, and we never felt truly heard.

To make matters worse, their fees were shockingly high considering the lack of thoroughness, transparency, and support we received. This was not only frustrating but felt incredibly unfair given the nature of our loss.

Legal representation should be built on trust, respect, and compassion — especially in cases as delicate as wrongful death. Unfortunately, Sweet Lawyers failed us in all of these areas.
