Glen is a terrific & very knowledgeable attorney as well as being a great person! He is very “down to earth” & there is no question too big or small for him to take the time to explain to you. Place is a joke started ok hired him for a probate case good luck trying to contact him and don’t even think he’s going to update you!!!! He did get it started I will give him that !!! May or may not respond to your email questions about 50/50

Glen proactively took steps to help settle my father's estate. He explained what documents needed to be filed and followed up to execute in a timely manner, which is a challenge of itself with government office closings and limited appointments during tight Covid restrictions. Glen was responsive to emails and phone calls, and made the process seamless for us living outside of CA. Also, his fees were very reasonable. We are very happy with Glen and his legal team!

I contacted the law firm via their website, describing in one sentence the gist of my problem. Within less than 3 hours I received a call back from Glen who asked me for details regarding my issue. Within 15 min. he had looked up pertinent information for me. He then explained what my options and potential outcomes are. I now feel much more in control of my issue and have a few avenues. Glen is very knowledgeable, professional, amiable and generous. My life partner suffered a stroke and admitted to intensive care unit at the hospital without having a Living trust done. I was making arrangements with Hospice for bringing him home so I could take care of him rather than going to a nursing facility. That's how I learned I could not make any decisions regarding his healthcare since we were not married and California does not recognize common law marriage. He had an estranged son living in another state who would not come to California to see his father in the hospital but made the decision over the phone to take his father off all nutritional support put him on a DNR list move out of intensive care to a medical floor to wait for him to die. He lived twelve days and during this stressful time I suffered a TIA (small stroke) while I was recovering from my broken heart in poor health I was served with a lawsuit from his estranged son.
I went to meet Attorney Glen Biondi. Glen took me under his wing patiently explaining everything to me sometimes it took three times for me to comprehend everything. Two weeks later if I repeated the same questions he would explain the answers again. Glen went out of his way to guide me he even was kind enough to drive me to Arbitration and the Court House which was in another city and much too stressful for me to go alone. When I had to sell my home Glen oversaw every detail and protected my rights and discounted his fees to me to help fit in my budget. He had the case against me dismissed. It's frightening that anyone can bring a lawsuit against you I don't know how I would have gotten through all this turmoil had Glen not been on my side looking out for me.
