I've lived in Missouri my whole life. Not once in 8 attempts has this office chosen to help me. What's the point of asking for help, if you're disabled and low income, and they refuse each and every time? Don't waste your time trying to contact them. Look for help elsewhere.

Called Legal aid to see what they legally assisted in and they refused to answer the question ⁉️ They then said call 211 United Way and hung up on me. Don't call them they don't care about the legal process. P.S. this joke of an office that calls themselves professionals will get back to you faster when you leave a truthful and awful review then they will help you on the phone!! I don't want or need your apology and I'm turning you into the legal BAR association of the state of Missouri. Leave me alone. You have 37 horrible reviews when I stopped counting!!

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! Response time is not so good. Communication and attention to detail is little to none. I think for some this is just a stepping stone. This bothers me because I take customer service very seriously and I show great passion for what I do in my work. Again, not all but a few

Legal aide has denied assistance to me when the city was trying to take my home and give it to NJ homesteading, sounds like a city or government organization but it's nothing more then a construction company trying to take your Land and home for free, they will revamp it an then sell the property for a large profit. You get absolutely nothing, your liens don't even get paid from what I understand.
With all this going on and the and mentally exhausted I sold the property to an investor. Had I not been tormented by NJ homesteading and denied assistance from legal aide and being felt like they were pushing me out of my home of thirty years. More likely than not i would still own my home. But now I live in a small apartment and just lay iin my bed awaiting my Maker.

Don't ask for help from these people because they are very much unprofessional and rude. I was trying to report my landlord however, she was talking to me like I was dumb because she said, she wasn't able to help unless you are evicted and I did my research from the past and she had a attitude saying, we no longer assist with those cases anymore. I was trying figure out why so I ask to speak with her supervisor and she said she is the supervisor but, I said who is over your head and she said I can transfer but she is not here. I left a message

Whoever the lady is answering the phone was very dismissive and interrupted me three times. At the end she told me I had to call back tomorrow because she couldn’t help me, and she had to hang up because she had someone in front of her. I didn’t get my question answered and I felt like she was finding reasons to hang up the phone.
