Did not deliver what was ordered! Delivered entirely different flower arrangement that did not look good.

I live in Alabama. I called everywhere in surrounding areas of Forrest city, and this was the only place willing to help with flowers for a funeral service. Everyone else was closed, on a Saturday, too far out, or too busy. After speaking with Renae a couple of times, she was so accommodating! So nice and helpful! She went over and beyond to assist not only me but my other family from out of state, in a time of need. She even kept my number and sent a picture of the final product, since I wouldn't be able to attend service. Even though, it was last minute and she was limited on flowers due to delivery issues, she was still able to create a beautiful arrangement. Now, that is great customer service! Thank you so much for taking care of us!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a specific date; they mistakenly delivered them early. After I emailed them, they apologized and delivered an additional order for free on the specified date.

Highly recommended!
