Ms. Esperanza and Attorney Daniel were incredibly helpful during the time I needed them THE MOST. The simple fact of being able to call for support when I was the most distressed is something I can’t thank them enough for. Attorney Daniel gave me his best advice and his time. Ms. Esperanza was absolutely patient and SO KIND. I would recommend this team to anyone who truly needs the help. -Thank you so much for your help and support!

Rudest woman in my life! I'm explaining our situation and I'm trying to in a sense, defend myself against their staff? The last person I'd want defending my child. I guess you are getting what you pay for. And if their services are free, you get someone who is a horrible person to interrogate someone rather than be an agency to help them! I know the value of myself and chose to hangup on her for that amount of disrespect 💯

I’m sure this service is great for some but Patrick Ryan was ZERO help. I initially thought he was great and he is a very nice person but he had me filing stuff that wasn’t necessary in my case. Idk if he was an intern or what but I also tried calling to see if I could have some questions answered that he did not answer in an email and then they just had him call me which was useless because obviously he didn’t know the answers to my questions. Recently, I emailed him and asked if he could look over the pretrail statement since I hadn’t spoke to him in a while and I did not hear back from him. I forwarded the message to the receptionist (I’m guessing) and she emailed me back saying their workload is full and can’t take anymore clients……. Ok so they just drop you after a while Whatever though this place was zero help. I’m the one that had to look into everything like a lawyer would do because at the end of the day, this man had me doing stuff I shouldn’t have even been wasting time on. I honestly think they just retaliated since I forwarded the email but don’t matter to me. This isn’t the only place that does this and I’m not a dumb girl so I’m sure I can do it on my own but I just wanted some reassurance but guess not.

DofC came to our immediate aid while we were in the midst of trauma, confusion and distress. Their incredibly kind and doting staff members made us all feel like we mattered and were special. Several took time to hear our story and offer their support and help. They claimed a piece of our hearts for giving us a huge launching point towards healing. DofC will forever be one of our favorite organizations. I know without them my children wouldn't have made such an amazing recovery. I also know I wouldn't have had it in me to fight the needed fight without them encouraging and educating me. If by chance they read this I really do want to thank you ALL. You took us in like family even though we were strangers. We felt your love and concern and it made us finally feel like we were going to be ok. To us you were like our superheros. You guys really do deserve capes for the work you do!! Keep fighting the dark and keep saving our children. You all make this world a better and safer place. If you have a child in need and in the midst of a storm PLEASE make DofC your first call! The information you will receive from these professionals will assist you in maneuvering through your ordeal. They will throw you a much needed life raft and teach you to swim once again. God be with all those who fight for those who can't defend themselves. God speed DofC. We love you!!!!

I was told the services are only for children getting denied IEP. So, I'm confused. I didn't get a good attitude from the person who I spoke with either. I was asked several times what do you want from us!
