Years ago a friend and I flew into Phoenix for work (port call) and went looking for the State Capitol during a spare afternoon. Our rental car Garmin took us here, the Executive Tower. Our reaction was, "What the heck? That's it?" So we took off to Scottsdale to get souvenirs.

This was during our pre-iPhone era so we had no idea that the rest of a beautiful Capitol lay just around the corner...Irony is an understatement. (I was so close!)

One of these days I hope to go back and see the rest of what I missed but until then I can say, "Yes, I've been to the Arizona State Capitol."

The apostille services used to be fast and efficient...But right now, I don't know what's going on...The processing time is disheartening. 10 business days isn't 10 business days...Much worse, the customer service representative sounds like she doesn't have any idea at all. She doesn't show care and concern about the situation.. I find it disappointing not having to know when the documents will be released...Horrible...

I have to go here for my job, and man is it a pain. The parking isn't very easy to get to, and the people who work there aren't very nice to you. I understand if you have to deal with people all day that aren't pleasant, but that doesn't make it fair to others who are kind and nice when they come up to you. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I've also seen them pick favorites, like for example you have to pick a number when you arrive and wait your turn (like the DMV) and these customers come in and walked up to the desk like it's no big deal and they are attended to right away.... My grandma and I were waiting for 30+ minutes to be assisted and weren't treated very nicely.

Visited Secretary of State to renew Notary. 1 hour wait.4 clerk Windows but only 1 clerk. 12 people waiting. Allowed me to use their computer and when I got stuck same as at office. Machine insisted I had changed my name a clerk from the back came forward and repeated what I had done 2 more times and machine gave up and agreed my name had not changed. Thanks Jasmine.

Teresa Jones helped me and paid attention to very particular details with my campaign to recall John McCain. This woman is a confident government employee maybe even the only competent government employee in our state government because everything takes forever but this woman makes it really easy. If you ever call down to the Secretary of State's office and need help ask for Teresa Jones

The lady helping in the trade name room was friendly. Remember, no weapons here, you do pass through a metal detector at the main entrance.
