I would give them zero stars, but that’s not an option. I came down to Phoenix about a 40 minute drive to this office to have a document apostille. The person at the front desk was no help at all. Told me she couldn’t do it basically told me to get lost. I don’t know why we pay taxes to the state of Arizona.

To follow up, I had to hire a lawyer to help me with this, which I should’ve been able to do myself but because of the Secretary of State office, I was not able to complete it

Came here for notary and apostille service. Professional service, in and out, easy day. Would recommend paying the fee to walk out with a same-day apostille if you’re short on time. Also, I would recommend calling before coming down to make sure you have everything you need. All the best!

Nice welcoming people work here. I made an apostille of marriage record. It took me 20 minutes, two people were in line. Quite a lot of parking spots

Changed their hours and they are now open till 5 pm. The people who work in this office are rude, however. They seem angry and annoyed and just take it out on their customers. There is no customer service skill. The security guards in the lobby are very nice however, which makes up for it.

I called because I forgot to mail my filing fee with my notary application and I asked if I could just drop the check off after I already paid close to $40 for the first application. Not only would Mr. Big Government not let me do this, but informed me I had to resubmit the application. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, kept calling me ma’am when I was born a male, and insulted my intelligence by saying I should be able to “comprehend” what he’s saying because it’s how they do their job. Well maybe how you do your job sucks and should be done differently. There is no need to be so rude!

I called because I had questions about my notary application. The guy who answered was so mean! He would talk over me, didn’t even give me a chance to explain why I was calling. He just assumed what I was calling about. I have never in my life been so humiliated. His tone is rude and clearly he does not have the qualifications to be answering phones. He belongs somewhere where he has no contact with public. He needs to be fired or removed. There is no way that tax payers money is paying for his salary and that’s the best he can do.

They got some nice people and some rude people who answer the phone. I called to check the status of my application and was told it take 4-6 weeks. Well duh, that wasn't my question though.
Last time I called, the lady was able to tell me it was received but not reviewed yet.
All I wanted to know was if my application was reviewed just yet.
If you didn't want to do your job today then you should've stayed home. A simple easy request.... rude outcome.
