The legal aide representing this attorney was extremely rude on the phone. Immediately made me no longer want their services and found a different attorney instead.

It costs nothing to be kind. I was referred to Attorney Selena by a legal network that is highly respected, but a female who identified herself as "Kim" was more than unprofessional. She was rude, and her tone was unacceptable when I was calling to see if the attorney was interested in the scope of legal matters I sought. The great reviews do not mirror how " Kim " represents the Law practice. I am glad to take my business elsewhere. I wish I could leave zero stars, but hopefully, my feedback will bring insight into how Kim represents the brand.
