I met with Johnathan thinking I needed a living trust. I wanted to make sure that my sons inherited after my death. After he asked a few astute questions, he told me that I really didn’t need a trust but could do it though a bank account.
Now, I don’t know about you, but I found it very refreshing to find a lawyer so honest that he would give up a fee when giving advice. There was no charge for the consultation either.
I highly recommend Johnathan Millet for any estate planning needs. He is honest and willing to spend the time to make sure that his clients needs are met.

Good man! Jonathan's schedule was too heavily booked today for him to be able to help me with an immediate problem. However, he took the time to listen to what I had to say and refer me to a reputable colleague. I wish my situation were not so urgent so that I could use him. He impressed me as intelligent, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He ran through a couple of scenarios as to how my problem might be solved and gave me a likely cost range for it. I felt so much better after speaking with him. I'd been very worried that my problem was unsolvable. Now I know that isn't so and I might even have options!

My wife and I recently consulted with Mr. Millet for estate planning - trust, wills, etc. In a word, he is outstanding. He spent the time necessary to fully explain and advise us on the nuances of estate planning. He carefully considered how planning for future events should be anticipated in the provisions of the estate plan. We never felt rushed.
