Counxel worked to settle a non-payment issue I had with a client and Counxel did get us paid. They were all very pleasant to talk with and their work was adequate. We had issues with their billing where in one case we received the invoice after it was due. They moved the case between two attorneys to keep the process moving forward but this resulted in, what I feel, were inflated costs. The managing partner contacted us to review the billing and make corrections.

One of the worst legal places I’ve ever contacted. I was referred by legal shield who explained this place offers a free consultation. However, the attorney was NOT empathic or understanding. Communication goes a long way to tell someone about your fees before I discuss my issue and the attorney questions me when he knows more about the law than me. (Talking about $10,000 UP FRONT! And, keep paying $10,000 when it gets low) I have to fill it up like gas! ) 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Disappointed and frustrated! However, there is always a higher power! It’s all good! Thanks for nothing!!!
