Customer portal is very easy to use. Samantha was very helpful with any questions or info needed from the courts. The process to get my rights back was lengthy waiting on the courts but the hamp law offices was able to help with everything I asked for!! Definitely recommend and thank you!!!

HAMP LAW office is my attorney. If I ever need to use an attorney again, they are the ones in my speed dial. They were my first experience having to use an attorney. I was a little nervous in the beginning, but as things progressed, they were very organized And made every date and every follow up clear to me so I was never in the dark. If I had a question they always got back to me. Their pricing was very affordable and upfront, they didn’t have any hidden fees or surprises. i had a drug and gun charge back in 94. did 2 years as a result. when i got out, i changed my ways a little, and made a life for myself as a result. 30 years goes by, and i find out that i might be able to get my gun rights back. so i got a few quotes from attorneys, and Hamp was the lowest at 2,000 dollars. i hired them, and within 2 months my 2 cases were sealed. i will be purchasing a fire arm shortly as a result of their work.

Let me start by saying, I live on the other side of the country from Arizona. I got a letter about a bench warranty for a 26 year old, 18 mph over the speed limit ticket. After some research I settled on Hamp Law Offices. I made contact online, and within an hour I was on the phone, they assured me I had nothing to worry about. in the end the case was dismissed, without me having to do much of anything, as a bonus they even got me the fine I paid back.. 5 Stars

My grandson was in a serious accident. He was being charged with three felony's. Do to the extent of his injuries he had no memory of the accident. Virginia Crews and her team at Hampton Law, obtained the service of individuals in accident recreation along with the inconsistency of prosecutions witnesses during trial my grandson is able to move on with his life. I especially want to thank Virginia for the compassion she showed my grandson during this entire process and Loxy for all her hard work.

My brother initially retained this firm for representation in his case, and their services were satisfactory at the outset. However, after a subsequent violation occurred, the firm requested an additional payment to assist with the case. Due to my brother’s financial constraints, I offered to pay the required amount. I confirmed with the firm’s staff that as long as I paid for the new violation, my brother would continue to receive representation.

After making the payment, I was unexpectedly informed that they would not assist due to an outstanding balance, which had been discussed previously. The firm insisted that this balance needed to be cleared before they would provide assistance. Prior to submitting any payment, I specifically clarified that my brother would receive representation as long as the new violation fee was covered, and I was assured that this would be the case.

When I inquired about the sudden change in their stance, the firm was unable to provide a clear explanation. Furthermore, after I asked additional questions, they ultimately decided to withdraw from representing my brother entirely. I even offered to pay the full outstanding balance, but the firm still refused to assist.

I have text messages and a contract to support these claims. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I believe their handling of the situation has been both unprofessional and unjust, leaving my brother without the representation he was promised.
