Let me be clear. This place isn’t a lawyers office. It’s filled with assistants and paralegals. They don’t represent you legally, they’ll just help put together paper work you’re requesting to filing a petition or a motion for the court and submit it (to the court only as it appeared in my case. I believe this due the judge giving the prosecutor an additional 14 days to file a response. The prosecutor claimed they never got a copy of the petition which still took a month for a response from the prosecutor.Which the judge denied my petition the following morning after an electronic response was given to the court around 4:55 pm the previous day.)

They are NOT lawyers. They may be good for child custody issues to file the correct looking paperwork or going after child support but they won’t represent you in court. Once the paper work is submitted, you are on your own and their service is done. They don’t know how the law actually works, just a rough idea of what it is. If your legal matter is criminal, look else where.

Looking to deal with probation termination, modification in probation or anything else, I highly advise you look elsewhere and not pay $1200 for three pages of paper work. The justice system is an expensive institution.

Generally speaking, you want real attorneys dealing with the prosecutor as there are unwritten rules prosecutors extend lawyers they won’t with you. Again, if it is criminal, look for real lawyers to work with you and the prosecutor for the best possible outcome or don’t bother.

This Review is not a negative review, it’s more of an informational analysis of what my experience was. My case turned out to be an uphill battle that probably required a lawyer, and if your case is more of an uphill battle, these services aren’t what you’re looking for. Know your situation and know your case beforehand.
