Working with Alona was the best decision I could have made to make my divorce process as smooth and easy as possible! Now what I will say if you’re looking to get divorced and it’s truly not an amicable or agreed upon decision I wouldn’t use a mediator. If you haven’t discussed with your soon to be ex-spouse what you agree upon and disagree upon then mediation may not be the route for you. Alona’s role is to facilitate a non-contested divorce so she can give recommendations but ultimately it’s up to the parties to come to a common decision. I was fortunate my ex husband and I agreed on most things but if your partner is not like that mediation may not be the best option. With that being said Alona did a great job of listening to both our concerns and helped us find common ground on certain things we didn’t quite see eye to eye. And with the turnaround time and fraction of the cost of a contested divorce it truly just worked out for the best. Thank you Alona for your help through this all including helping me find my decree months after the finalization 😅

Alona was amazing during my mediation divorce process. I highly recommend her. She’s very professional and really takes the time to make sure both parties get a chance to be heard fairly. She was understanding and definitely made a difficult situation easy. Mediation is the way to go. No reason to have to go to court to settle a divorce.

Alona assisted us through mediation of our divorce after 8 years of marriage. It is an incredibly emotional process and the mediation spared us from the typical adversarial and costly alternative of litigation through the courts. Alona was professional, impartial, and made suggestions of alternative ways of viewing things to assist us in coming to an agreement. The paperwork was thorough, accurate and timely. Alona is phenomenal. She represented my husband, Damian, recently in a family Court case for my step children and I'm so thankful for the amazing work Alona did.
