I have reached out several times to ALC for assistance with a property manager issue. The attorney who called will not agree to set up a 10 or 15 minute conversation for him to assess the merits of my situation so that I can at least know what, if any options I have. As a result, I've been playing phone tag with the guy for over two months. That is absolutely unacceptable and is not the least bit customer friendly. Elderly folks need assistance just like anyone else. If you're going to offer a service, make the service useful for those who need it, even if the fees are reduced.

Just spoke to Beth on the phone who stated she is a family law paralegal. She was sarcastic, disrespectful, and downright cruel. Do not use this organization.

At first, they assisted. Then they began ignoring me. This organization is a joke. I don't believe the 5 star reviews are legitimate, as it appears little to none provide any details.

This organization should be investigated, and if they are found to not be accomplishing their stated goal as a nonprofit in good faith, disbanded. I would love to see how they use the donations they receive.

BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center has not followed through with what they and the Superior Court said they'd do.
BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center "appears" to want to help all people at first, but they only want to help specific people.
BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center required me to provide my ethnic background (Caucasian) and age (70).
BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center lie and never contacted me after that information was provided.
BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center is racist, biased, prejudicial rude and self-serving.
BEWARE! The Arizona Legal Center is a discriminating detriment to the community.

By the way, I have been disabled since 1990!

I contacted this organization in November 21, 2019 to inquire whether there was a statue regarding the use of audio in the workplace. I sent a couple of emails and I called a couple of times. I never received a response to my emails or calls. On February 20, 2020, I received a voicemail message asking if my issue had been resolved. Less than 30 minutes later, I called this organization to inquire whether it was a non profit organization and who had founded this organization as I was disappointed with their lack of assistance. I spoke with Stephanie, the director. She was very rude. She stated they were under no obligation to return my calls or respond to my emails. She stated that they were volunteers and did not earn a paycheck. I asked to speak with the founder of the organization. Stephanie became very very angry. She told me that she would try to have Victoria call me back. I responded, “if I have to call 20 times to speak with Victoria, I will.” Stephanie, advises me to never call the organization again or she would have me charged with harassment, 10 minutes later I received a call from Victoria and she was very pleasant and helpful.

The law student, Jaime whose very snotty called my phone twice in one morning claims the office does not offer legal representation and yet sends an email that they do offer legal help. Which one is it people!!! The website should be corrected and state what exactly they do instead of allowing young girls to throw a temper tantrum and trying to assassinate your character because their bored. People are calling for legal help not advice from a non-attorney it's a joke. The AZ State Bar should be made aware of this so this agency can take some responsibility for the lack of help their not offering which contradicts the website.
