My experience having Matt Hanley as my daughters attorney was the wisest choice I could have made. We experienced some life changing events that were scary, stressful and overwhelming. Not feeling at all comfortable with our previous attorney we had, we met with Matt at his office and immediately knew we were where we needed to be and hired him and said bye to the other. Not knowing how any of this would work out but trusting in Matt’s expertise, abundant knowledge and research he put into her case all the while with so much sincerity, honesty, and passion. Matt would break down all the language that we couldn’t understand and reasoning for why that was happening and how we would go about the next steps. My daughters case ended with the best possible outcome and Matt Hanley was by her side every step of the way. He believed in her and did an amazing job. We are truly thankful Matt represented her and would 100% tell anyone in need of solid representation look no further.

Years ago when I was in college at Cal Poly I met a fellow student who unfortunately was dealing with severe mental health issues that led him into trouble with the law.

Here’s everything in a nut shell. About a year ago I got into an end of the world argument with my x-girlfriend who is also the mother of my 8 year old daughter. My X retaliated by saying I beat up my kiddo. Surprisingly with no evidence the DA decided to pick up the case. I didn’t know what to do so I asked my old school local morro bay friends who was the best and they all recommended this Office. Matt appeared on my behalf so I didn’t need to miss work. Always on time and in the end Matt crushed it. Even if your in trouble for something you didn’t do this is the office you want hands down.
