Randy was incredibly fair, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He gave great advice and was financially reasonable. He never gave me advice that would prolong or increase the already expensive process. Divorce is an incredibly painful thing to go through. Under my circumstances, I knew my divorce would be easy, legal wise, but that does not mean my soul is not breaking. Randy and his assistant Betsy have been there to take care of all the paperwork to lessen the stress on me. I think that if you can afford a lawyer, you absolutely should get one. There are a lot of intricacies to the legal system and the last thing I wanted was to fill out the paperwork wrong and elongate the time it takes for my divorce to complete. Randy has been doing family law for many years, close to 30 years if I am not mistaken. His prices are very reasonable. If you are reading reviews for divorce attorneys, you must be living through something that has taken away your joy. Call the office for a consultation, I know I'll get through this and so can you.

Randal is awesome at what he does. I have had to ask him a few questions and he has been professional and extremely helpful. He knows how to explain things in English and doesn't make you feel like you don't know anything. I am impressed with how professional he is even in casual conversations and I know that he gives great advice. He is a great person to talk to if you just need to understand something about family law or are in need of a modification. You won't be sorry about the service you get nor the advice.

Mr. Sundeen is very good at standard, non complex or severely contentious divorces.

He was integral at getting certain aspects of our divorce proceedings dismissed in our favor in the early stages , but as the case grew and the tactics of the opposing party grew, he became overwhelmed and some key missteps in representation were allowed to happen for his lack of oversite that my new lawyer has had to work overtime to address and correct to a successful conclusion

When these issues were brought to his attention, instead of accepting responsibility for the representation shortcomings in this contentious case , he removed himself from the case putting me in an increasingly vulnerable position that on certain aspects I will have to spend years recovering from.

I have heard from independent sources in my search for new service providers that Randall is considering retiring. Though I cannot attest to his actual intentions , only he can answer to that question. Therefore I can only attest as factualyl what I was told. That being said, my opinion is that maybe his heart wasnt into representing my case when I comparedcwgat I was told, with the occurrences I personally experienced with mr. Sundeen and our interactions.

So, for the reasons above, I can only in good concience reccomend him if you have a pretty straightforward case with minimal adversity or complexity, in that case he will represent you well.
