He was hired to dissolve the trust and in mediation was told “well that isn’t happening angelique isn’t giving up her job”

He is a weirdo too and has represented many criminals who he knows how and witch strings to pull.

He is one of the worst kind of human beings on earth. With no morality and will manipulate and lie to get his way.

This "person" Baskin is a nightmare. Any choice other than this firm is the best choice. Our mother chose Baskin as a part of her estate planning before her death. This firm was nothing but a nightmare and VERY unprofessional. He would constantly call and email us only to charge us exhorbabnant fees for every correspondence. We lost in excess of $2,000 in these charges alone dealing with him. He is so rude and disrespectful that we just took the monetary loss and went with another attorney here in Ventura. This "human" is a disgrace as he is dealing with those filled with grief and vulnerability. STAY AWAY!
