Allegiance Title handled our river property settlement 20 years ago. The transaction was complicated but settlement was smooth. I personally want to thank Mrs. Mundy for her professionalism, knowledge and dedication. In the past couple of years , especially after my mother passing she assisted me in transferring the family farm to my son and guided me every step of the way. She guided me through the proper steps of the transfer, and completed all the necessary documentation and filed the necessary documents at the Circuit Court. She is very understanding of the task at hand and always has a song in her heart and a smile on her face.

Allegiance Title and Casie Mundy was excellent to work with, she had a difficult deed to work out for us that noone wanted to do. She worked it out for us.and didn't give up.
