Disengaged throughout our case, not prepared or experienced to handle a criminal case/trial..I had to email and call and beg him to visit my spouse. My spouse is still waiting for his last promised visit after sentencing which was months ago. We were overcharged $300.00, which luckily I caught the mistake and we were reimbursed . My husband was told.to fill out very important documents without any guidance what so ever . Him nor his staff kept us up to date when my husband has court hearings, ( I had to look it up). Was very ill prepared at trial, ex- did not call on any witnesses on my husbands behalf. was not aware of very important documents which was brought up during trial, did not tell my husband about a proposed agreement until after the fact and he took it upon himself to deny the agreement offered,,. And I could go on and on. After this experience I would suggest really research an attorney you may be considering, at the end of the day they go home to their families as we and our loved ones are left in agony, putting all our trust into a stranger and hoping for the best because it's all we can do. Follow your gut instinct and speak with others in the community. If I had followed my instincts after our first consultation ( I sit in the waiting area over hearing his staff speak to other clients on the phone without any discretion ) maybe we wouldnt be in the predicament we are left in now. The rating that I am giving is not out of haste, my only intention is to help the next person not face what we faced because we all strive to make a living esp during these times but we as clients deserve 100% effort after the cost and struggle we deserve what we pay for and to trust and believe in someone whom we place our lives in their hands. I was told to please remove a previous rating bc it may hurt his business and/or family. What about our family or the next desperate person who may walk through their door? Just please anyone reading this do your research, please.
