Formadable opponents although we wiped the floor with them. My lawyer is close with a friend of our judge. Luckily the judge saw through the exaggerations and lies. I ended up on top only after proving my innocence in court. I just feel bad for people that can't afford high priced lawyers. Liz, their head lawyer, is definitely an angry feminist. I question if she's ever had any positive connections with men. The bitterness and anger she exhibited helped me tremendously! But I saw others that it hurt. She would literally stare at me from the court hallways to the court room. Was slightly creepy because she always looks very disheveled and not "put-together". If you hire them, go with one of the other attorneys. Liz will just attempt to drag case out. In my personal opinion, It's not about the kid or the client with her. Just the money and vendetta against men.

GCLC was a life saver! I decided to stand up to a bully but going to court and the paperwork/bureaucracy is intimidating.

Before finding Greater Chicago Legal Clinic (GCLC), I was turned down by several places (COVID-related limited availability).

Greater Chicago Legal Clinic’s turnaround was 1-2 days. The lawyer assigned, Mr. Boykin, was very patient answering my many questions and even explained the principles as well as the particulars.

After rewriting my petition, I emailed GCLC (Friday evening). Within 2 hours, I received comments and suggestions for improvement (based on his years of experience and expertise).

In my experience, GCLC is the perfect combination of expertise and personable compassion.

Apparently all the PH#KIN AA batteries are dead on those wall clocks because they can't seem to call you on schedule like they tell you.
I'm gonna send them a box of batteries and some brail pads for those who can't read the d@m clocks.
