This is an invaluable service for anyone in the NYC area for an eminently reasonable ($25!) to confer briefly with a legal question. My dilemma was a Manhattan rental question, and the Kingston, NY att'y responded swiftly and gave me the guidance and confidence to proceed. (I am withholding one star for a slight lack of patience.)

I have to agree with Mr. Louison. Being greeted as coldly as I was when calling already gave me bad vibes. The receptionist sounded like she couldn't be bothered and her time could be better spent waiting for her nails to dry. Too bad I'll never find out if they're any good. When I asked for her name, she said it was Agent 3. Well agent 3, I hope for your employers' sake, that you're soon 86'd.

The receptionist answering the phone was very non emphatic and robotic about providing customer service. Was not patient to listen to my entire question before over speaking to provide assistance. Her energy alone made me dismiss her with a thank you and good day, to avoid having to continue talking with her. So sad:(
