Brian is very personable, laid back, and knowledgeable. I called his firm and he met with me the very next day. Amazing. This firm made dealing with the court system as painless and as easy as possible. I was spoken to in direct and straightforward terms by my representative Brian Scheid. He didn't sugarcoat my situation or the potential outcome and things actually ended up turning out even better than expected. So I was accused of strangling my soon to be ex wife with a chain (never happened) all because I left her for another girl! I was charged with a felony and thrown in jail Virginia has a presumption against bond with strangulation cases but Brian went to bat for me and he got me bail! He fought tooth and nail for me and even requested transcripts from Pennsylvania to show this never happened! I have been so sick to my stomach over this because at the end of the day this is a life altering charge but Brian assured me that he had my best interest at heart and would do whatever he could to prove my innocence! Well today 03/08/2021 I got a phone call from Brian and it was to tell me that it’s over that all charges were dropped! It was the happiest day of my life and the best $5,000 I ever spent! Brian saved me from something I didn’t do he proved my innocence and he put in the time to do it and what I like most of all is through this whole ordeal he didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear he told me how it was what could happen THE TRUTH! Thanks Brian for everything I will NEVER step foot into Virginia again because there laws are total bulllshit but I assure you my good friend your on our Christmas card list!!! Your amazing and I could seriously cry out of happiness that I’m not going down for something I didn’t do! I would recommend this law firm to anyone! Hands down!
