I say don’t use Wall & Associates. They said it would take 6 months to resolve our issue with the IRS. It took over 6 years. They never call you back. They were always appointing someone else to our case. This was because their employees didn’t stay with the company for very long. We suspect because of the dishonesty that they want them to be apart of. HORRIBLE company.

Cynthia Bain and her team did an extraordinary job. They saved me a considerable amount of money and finally put my mind at ease. For anyone who has tax problems as I did, I can't recommend Clarissa Campbell with Wall and Associates enough. They stayed in contact with me at all times and was on top of everything with the IRS. Throughout the years, I used 2 other companies and they really did not do the job I paid for and was expecting. They are a little pricey, but in the end worth every penny.
