Today, I sent a gift to my dad, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! This is hands down the best place for sending mailing packages in Blacksburg, VA. The staff is incredibly professional and always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. They carefully took the time to find the best options for my needs, and their friendly, welcoming attitude made the entire process so enjoyable. One of the best small businesses in Blacksburg! The people are so pleasant, helpful, and always nice to deal with. Many use the place to drop off pre-paid packages, and they happily take them even though they make little to nothing on them. Not many businesses left in today's world where they really try to help you at their own expense. For example, they give away used, but good boxes for customers to use that have been donated to them, even though they sell various sized boxes there. If that's not dedication to their customer base, I'm not sure what is! I don't do many Google reviews, but this business is truly outstanding!

Nestled betwixt the Waffle House and Taco Bell, you’ll find Easy Way Packaging Center. More enticing than the delightful smells permeating the air, is this wonder of a small business. Here, they have boxes. (Good ones). And Cathy. (Also a good one). She goes hard, like above and beyond hard. Just go there.

Great service with a smile! We needed to print out 30 + pages from an email , have multiple signatures notarized, documents scanned back to attorney for approval and then sent by FedEx. It was super convenient to do this all at one place for a very reasonable fee. Catherine is a multitasking whiz in this very busy location and really made it smooth for us. The one thing they can't do is Amazon returns with a QR code which seems what many walk in customers were looking for 😉

I love these folks! I had to ship a package internationally overnight by UPS and created the shipping label at home but didn't realize I needed to bring in 3 copies of some customs paperwork too. I needed the package to go out that day and didn't have time to drive home to get the papers so the owner coached me through logging into the UPS website on my phone, downloading the forms, emailing them to her, and then she printed them out on her personal business printer! I couldn't believe how patient and helpful she was. I tried to pay her for her trouble and she refused. She saved the day for sure! I've had many other positive experiences here too.

Great place, the man who works there Darrell on Saturday he's extremely helpful. I had a prepaid label which he had to print for me.He let me know i had just missed the driver so it would go out on Monday. I also think it's great that the owner has an amputee working there. Five stars!!!

Super duper helpful! Really patient and took time to explain me how the shipping process works. Also helped me get the dimension and weight of my package to estimate the shipping cost. I did clarify to her that I did not intend in shipping the same day but regardless she was very helpful and patient! Took time to explain me how pricing is done and when shipments are carried out. Really great customer service!
