Would have given more if the cop behind the desk wasn't so rude at the end of my visit. If I'm there to pay a ticket I'm there paying the county tax money. I'd at least expect the same respect as I give and I'd have to say I'm that guy who is nice to everyone and everything. But it's very rude to hear a cop tell me that I should have gone to traffic school. After paying a parking ticket. This is why people think cross about police these days. Other than that everyone else I ran into had amazing costumer service by helping me get to the right spot without me wondering around trying to understand where to go.

Extremely negative experience with the "jury office" which consists of two best pals who are not held accountable for horrible customer service. When I stated several legitimate possible reasons that I would most likely be disqualified from jury service, I was told that I couldn't use "my privilege" to get out of jury duty, staff member then lied and said she had no supervisor I could speak with.

The officers Ms. McNeil and her supervisor were very helpful with trying to help me resolve my ticket issue. They went above and beyond to help me in my time of need . I just thought I would post this to let them know that I am thankful for the HELP!!

The ladies working in this office are incompetent, at best. The simplest transactions are overwhelming for them to perform in an friendly and efficient manner. Their leadership makes excuses for their incompetence instead of looking for solutions to address the poor operation. They are a pathetic bunch--but, hey it's Richmond. I was expecting far too much.

Wow- the clerk was amazing. Rare blend of professional and friendly. Very welcoming to us and everyone who came in for marriage licenses and notary documents. She promptly processed everything for us. There were 6-8 people while we were there- she had everybody laughing and smiling. I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Congrats to RVA!!!

The person who answered the phone at this office this morning was very helpful. She even asked to go verify fee information for a change of address on a permit before she gave it to me. It took her probably less than a minute to get this info and came back to the phone with her answer. She was very specific with detailed info on the procedures I needed to take and that it was required for me to come in person for verification. When I go to visit this office in person on Friday, I anticipate a very positive experience!

The Clerk was unprofessional. Asked one question and she cut me off through a transfer before I could finish asking saying nothing. I’m in the Marine Corps and needed assistance with officiant information before PCSing
