He is a scam artist! Anyone who is filing bankruptcy doesn't have any extra money laying around, but he charges $100 for a consultation, JUST to come and talk to him. America Law Group will meet with you for free, look them up opposed to working with McCollum.

It has been one year since Ive paid for a simple divorce and Im still married. Do not hire. He drops the ball and do not care about your time nor inconvening you. I had to take my divorce paper to the courthouse myself. Unbelivable

Would not recommend. I called for information about bankruptcy and the attorney was rude, without patience, in general had a bad attitude and doesn't know how to speak politely to a potential client.
