Alexander helped me through a stressful eviction process that resulted in a favorable judgement as a small landlord. He was prepared, experienced advisor, and managed my expectations. I highly recommend for similar events.

Scott with Ayers & Stolte helped us close on our home and we could not recommend him enough. He went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. He advocated for us when we ran into some issues with our mortgage lender and worked around our schedule to ensure we closed on time. Being first time home buyers, he was very patient, clearly explained the process, and answered all our questions.

I had the pleasure of consulting with Alexander Ayers one of the key counsel attorneys at Ayers & Stolte. I found him to be an excellent attorney and a clear and concise communicator. Trust in any dealings is always important and none more so than in the matter of legal proceedings. I felt that Mr. Ayers was a person of great integrity and trust - and that his advice was based on his legal experience and represented good sound legal feedback based on the particulars of my legal situation. The firm does honor their policy of providing free initial legal consultation and this is a feature that may be offered by other firms - but in reality, most will not give you the time of day. That is not the case at Ayers & Stolte your call is taken, and your consultation is just that a true and generous consultation. I will use this firm in the future for other legal matters and I can feel confident, and I know that I will be treated with respect.... You cannot go wrong in trusting your legal matters to Mr. Ayers.

Alexander Ayers is a wonderful human being and an excellent attorney, going above and beyond for his clients. I would have been completely lost without him and would highly recommend, over and over again.

Scott Stolte recently helped us close on our home and made the entire process stress free! Throughout the 30 days leading up to closing, Scott’s office was efficient and quick to respond to all of our questions, and even worked diligently through the week of Thanksgiving so that we could immediately close on the Monday after. During closing itself, Scott was very personable and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Instead of being intimidated by all of the paperwork, he made me feel at ease and closing went by much quicker than I imagined. I will be sure to use Ayers & Stolte for all my legal needs in the future!

Scott Stolte and Tracy Trollinger helped us to close on our home. Tracy was very responsive during the entire process and helped us out when we had to unexpectedly reschedule. We met Scott at settlement and he was professional and pleasant. He explained all of the forms and made it very simple and painless. I would highly recommend this competent and professional firm.

Great in the beginning for our Property Closing. Then we needed further assistant for our New Construction Custom Home and Mr. Stolte would not answer our calls, or respond to any messages. We tried for several weeks and his secretary just humored us. What a horrible feeling since we lived in NY and made all these plans to retire to Richmond. Not a service you can trust.

We closed our house purchase with Ayers & Stolte. It was a clean and efficient closing. They provided great advice and excellent information. They answered every question without hurry. Their experience allowed them to anticipate questions and issues. The law firm is local and therefore they know the local issues with respect to city versus county laws and taxes. Ayers and Stolte is a community resource and I will be using them for other family and real estate law issues in the future.
