Was contracted to do some repairs on a house that C&Q were handling the closing. Money from the seller was placed in escrow to cover the work us and a few other contractors were doing. We called and sent the invoice as instructed.

Weeks went by and we never got paid. We found out from the buyer that the remaining escrow money had been released back to seller and we must have been overlooked.

We then called and left 3 voicemails over the course of several weeks about this issue and to date we have not gotten any communication or acknowledgement of any kind in return.

I had an okay experience. They are somewhat difficult to get in contact with. They missed penalty fees from the previous owner during closing that I had to deal with months later, but after getting in contact with them they were able to resolve it.

I worked with John Chaplin and his expertise really blew me away! He came recommend to me by a loan officer that I work with and he did not disappoint! He is one of the few real estate attorney's that actually reads the contacts and dead prior to the client signing away. He is who I would recommend to anyone who is buying or selling a home especially if it's new construction, foreclosure, or short sale, in those cases you really need an excellent attorney like John!

We worked with Faisal Qureshi, who was extremely patient and responsive with us during the entire home buying process. In addition, he went out of his way to help us close on our scheduled day. While our sellers were having difficulty getting a grant loan released to provide clear title, Faisal was able to find a way to make it work. We would definitely recommend this office for home-buying.

We used Chaplin & Qureshi, PLC on recommendation from our realtor when we purchased a home in 2015. We had such a good experience, that I immediately knew to go to them when I decided to sell in 2019. Everyone is very professional, kind, efficient, and they took care of everything for me. I sold my home FSBO, and they were excellent with helping me through the process. Highly recommend!!
