I wish i could give zero stars. I hired Mr. Koch when i first received my case and at first he was communicative and seemed super nice. However, that all changed. Its damn near impossible to get this guy on the phone or to even simply communicate through text. He didn’t properly explain the “plea deal” he got me on (first time offender) and i felt like i have learned more about this deal from my PO than him! Its like he doesn't even try to help and did the bare minimum for 3k. Horrible. I don’t even know if he will show up to my case hearing thats suppose to happen next year to finally let me off. At this point i have decided to work with my PO to see if i can inquiry about early release from this horrible deal. Find someone else to represent you who truly cares about you and your case. I know im actively looking for someone new who can represent me and actually help me get these charges off my record for once and for all.

Mr. Koch was exceptional in handling my case. He had all my charges dismissed and i was released immediately. He kept in contact with my family thru the whole process. I would def recommend him and would absolutely use him again if , god forbid a situation rises again, thankyou Mr. KOCH.

Mr. Koch saved my family. I was facing serious felony charges. During the process I had moments of doubt, but Mr. Koch's confidence always reassured me. My case went all the way to a jury trial and Mr. Koch was fantastic in the courtroom. He had a unique way of connecting with the jury and making the defendant appear to them as a human being with dignity. Mr. Koch aptly showed the jury that the charges against me didn't carry water and they found me not guilty on all counts. He is amazing!

I apologize in advance this may be a long post… I was referred to Price Koch through a friend of mine, for my fiancé. I have to say he met every expectation. I have dealt with the system for a long time and it’s very hard to find an attorney who not only is very honest with you, but gets back to you in a timely manor and puts there all into getting the best outcome at the same time. Mr Koch did all of these things. He didn’t sugar coat anything was so very honest and did everything he could to get him the least amount of time he could. He spent hours going through evidence to make sure he didn’t miss anything and also kept us informed on everything also. I have to say if you have a legal issue in Stafford county or surrounding areas he gets the job done. Just so everyone understands my fiancé was originally spoken of 30 years and we got it down to 7 with the hard work and dedication of price Koch not looking passed key situations and Evidence.

Mr Koch and I had a case that was 1st nolle processed then re charged by the prosecutor months then had 3 continuances requested by the prosecutor who had nothing. Mr Koch stuck with me and now 2 years later we were finally able to resolve this. No one should have the experience with this court system that I had but Mr Koch stuck with me and made sure properly and professionally that the judge understood the prosecutors actions were poor and unnecessary and now Finally life goes on.

Mr. Koch was always responsive & always answered any questions i had. He made my experience short lived (thankfully) and the resolution was exactly what i was hoping for. Would recommend him anytime!
