Mark Dahlberg provided us with complete estate planning for my wife and me. Mark was very personable and knowledgeable about Virginia estate law.
During our consultation with Mark, he suggested methods of suggested a method to eliminate probate at mine or my spouse's passing.
He helped us with preparing our wills into a family trust. Proper recording of real property with the local Circuit Court.

We were further impressed by the access to the firm, free parking & handicapped access.
At the completion of all the legal documents, these were presented to us in a bound volume, indexed with each area of our estate, property, funeral and internment plans for our daughter.

I contacted Marcel Jones in April of 2019 for a consultation for my divorce. I decided to go with him and this firm. This has been one of the biggest mistakes I ever made!!
Marcel was very unresponsive to phone calls and emails.
There was one point the receptionist apologized because I was calling on a daily basis and not receiving a return call from him or his assistant Robin.
When he did call he told me how busy he was, but assured me he could handle my case. Well that ended up NOT being true because after he returned from an extensive vacation he let me know that he was going on to be a judge and would be handing my case off to another attorney in the firm.
The new attorney Heather assured me that she would take care of me after I let her know of all the issues I was having with Marcel.
Well that ended up not being the case either!!
I specifically told her to ensure that I would be able to restore my maiden name. That didn't happen so now I have to pay $450+ to change my name back because of the incompetence of this attorney.

There were so many other issues also including not be billed timely!

I had to deal with this firm from CA so I wasn't able to do in-person visits.
I'm sorry I didn't heed the warning signs and take my business else where!!
