I had Marc Thomas for consults on two different issues. He ended up giving me some good information but his manner was very condescending and rude and he became frustrated very quickly with any questions I had. Other reviews report him as being kind and helpful. I wish I had that. So if you’re okay with feeling like an idiot to get the information you’re looking for, he’s your guy but I personally would never use him or this firm for any of my legal matters.

My wife and I retained the services of Barlow and Thomas to resolve a land dispute (easement) with a neighbor. Marc Thomas is who handled our situation and I am very thankful for his talent, understanding, and quick action.
At our initial meeting, I instantly liked Marc and his approach to our situation. He was absolutely no-nonsense, straightforward, and to the point.
Marc, as well as the rest of his staff, were also very accommodating and understanding that our visits also consisted of our two boys (3 and 4-year-old) who were kept content with Barlow and Thomas markers and paper!
Our outcome was a success thanks to the efforts of the team at Barlow and Thomas. Thank you!!

My aunt as my Daddy's executor hired these people for $3,150 and gave no description or information to us as to why she hired them in the first place! Contacting them and wanting an explanation as to why it came out of his estate was not explained.

Zachery Crimmins was NOT prepared for the case. He was visibly nervous and NOT prepared. It was as if it was the first case he ever argued. My son's girlfriend, myself, and my son expressed our dissatisfaction with the representation immediately after the court preceding to his face and Mr. Crimmons verbally standing on the court house property in front of three witnesses told us to contact his office for a refund. I reached out to the office several times with no response to receive my refund. I disputed the charge as I was told I would be refunded by Mr. Crimmons. However, his firm used a more experienced attorney to disputed my claims totally disregarding the fact Mr. Crimmons said I could get my money refunded. Now I am filing a complaint with the Virginia State Bar!!
