Like any Attorney, they have several cases going on at the same time.
Mr. Burchett got the charges lowered like a good attorney should before entering the Court Room.

It took some time for me to explain the situation as he had a lot in his caseload for the day.
After we clarified the details of the case before entering the Court Room.
We mutually decided to have the case taken to trial that day.
With Burchett and a good Judge, my case was found “Not Guilty”.

We still do not understand in how the Magistrate was even allowed to move forward with such a case.
The Commonwealth Attorney should have dropped it from the beginning.

All that was being stated by the opposing party is that “I have to pay”.

In speaking with Police Officers in Spotsylvania County who arrested me and outside of my case.
Having a good attorney is very well worth it when such charges are placed out of spite, rather than a true crime being committed.

To the Spotsylvania Arresting Officers in my case, it is nice to see those who are doing their job and be understanding at the same time.

Mr. Burchett has a lot on his plate to manage with his Law Firm, but he truly listened and worked with me on the case when the time was right & needed.

My case just finished. I was being charged with two felonies, each punishable up to 5 years in prison. As a mother and college student being involved in the judicial system for the first time, I was terrified of losing my future. From the beginning, Mr. Burchett told me things were going to be okay. He listened to every detail and negotiated the best possible outcome for me, I was happy with the results of my case. One charge was dismissed, the other was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time. Mr. Burchett will never judge you and is very strategic with his plan of action to give you a good outcome. The ladies at the firm Kendra and Angel are sweet and are just as helpful as well. I recommend Mr. Burchett for any criminal or traffic defense!

Mr.Burchett is an amazing attorney. He is very kind and polite with your best interest always in mind. He works quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend him to anyone. The receptionist is very nice and makes sure to give the attorneys any messages in a timely manner. If they miss a call, they called back that same day.
