You better know what you need to do because they don't know. And they're not going to tell you. They're going to tell you it's common sense that you should know everything they're supposed to tell you. Watch out for rudeness they're not very professional. Everyone else I've spoken to have said about the same thing just don't know how to complain or who to complain to
