As an employee of the city, you’re representing the company you’re working for that being said… this driver was so rude and unsafe while driving, he was in the left lane beside me on high street and cut me off to cross over into the far right lane to turn onto Fredrick blv. I had my children in the car with me and all because he missed his opportunity to get over in enough time or better yet just use his directional! After i beeped at him he and his coworkers laughed like they didn’t just endanger our lives!! Extremely unprofessional.

Had to renew my business license. There were a lot af people ahead of me,17 in just the first line alone, but I was there less than 30 minutes.
30 minute wait for 3 lines of customers ahead of me.....I take my hat off for the spectacular job done. The smoothness and efficiency of these City Hall employees is impressive indeed.

Portsmouth is a beautiful little city. That takes you on a journey through time. We visited a bakery called Work’s, there they have artisanal breads and delicious soups. We love this city.

How are you going to close for 3 days and not offer any alternatives to people trying to set up new utilities? I called the number and nobody answered, useless, now I have to go 3 days with no water because they decided to cut it off.

I called the Local Number and I cannot receive a callback nor does the Actualized Information WORK. I couldn't get a days rest without worrying the Utilities Department about Services Required as a Condition of their Employment. ( in part or Whole ) and they consistently harass my home and make me out to be an inconsistent company. HORRIBLE Job on the Government's Behalf.

This is the worse city ever too live in smh it makes no since I was told from October to December only pay $250 on my water bill due a leak (that was repaired) they credited $400 qnd left me with a $600 bill smh ... then they individual wanna keep asking me when ill pay it smh like they think money grow on trees... wont even help me find out why my darn water pressure so low... crime is ridiculous and they building a casino raising taxes and dixing absolutely nothing. I wish i never moved here... definitely a bad decision on my part

The human resources on Portsmouth are probably the worst I've ever seen from human resources, people don't call you back, they don't email you back, it is absolutely ridiculous and I don't mean this because I'm bitter about anything, so so many people in this building are unprofessional and I have no clue how they got the job. The civil service is absolutely ghastly. They do not serve the people at all...
AT ALL. There is no accountability, the civil service believe that they are infallible.
