Tim Kelsey is the worst attorney I have ever worked with. Told me no problem to meet my closing date and then literally ceased responding. Only communication after closing date passed was me catching him on cell, him feigning surprise title work didn’t come back and offering bogus apology for “going radio silent” and promising to send an update email next morning he never sent. Then he didn’t respond to any emails or texts thereafter including me pleading to just tell me is going on. Will never trust this guy or his firm again.

Well. I watch the depp trial. I believe depp and think amber is a liar. But i dont think the lawyers are at fault so i am here to help a bit. I think mr rottenborn did a good job eventhough he is working for the evil. Elaine is bad though.

I am a licensed attorney - though not a tax lawyer. I emailed this office... several days... no response. I subsequently called the office to inquire why I had not received a response. The rude receptionist very sarcastically and condescendingly informed me that no one in their office practices tax law, which she indicated was "why no one responded."

Now, let me get this straight: their website clearly states "TAX LAW," yet no one there practices tax law. And since no one there practices tax law, I should not have expected the professional courtesy (and decency) of a quick reply to my email to politely inform me that I could not be helped there?

Based on my limited experience with this law firm, and certainly in my brief dealing with their receptionist, I would NEVER recommend their services! As an attorney and as a person, I am highly disappointed with my first encounter with this firm.

Let’s just hope they have a plan in place to rename the firm after the disaster of taking the AH case… even if you win the trial your reputation is tarnished and if you don’t think the court of public opinion has very real consequences on your bottom line… lol we’ll let’s just see how that works out!

I run a couple of small businesses here in Charlottesville. Woods Rogers, & specifically Rob Masri, have been immensely helpful to me. They do everything for me from handling all of the simple legal documents needed to operate to giving advice and insight from their experience to help me grow safely and quickly. I cannot thank them enough.

This guy is a terrible lawyer. Does not know how to properly use objections. Throwing a flurry of objections every few seconds only causes the defense to look shady. Don’t hire these guys.
