They are practicing shrinkflation. They are a not for profit organization in their publishing but are handling less and less in their scope of services and referring you out to another specialist that will charge you a minimum of $45 ….if if they even know what they’re talking about.

Has never returned any of my calls for 10 years

Terrible. My ex calls me over 300 times a day- had snapshots of unknown calls. Also he left over twenty letters in my mailbox all in his handwriting. Created numerous fb alias. And none of this evidence was entered and order of protection was dropped. He parks in front of my house every single day. As soon as the ofp was dropped he was back at it. Judges and lawyers do not understand domestic violence at all

Horrible service! I know organizations are short staffed, but they have no excuse for their horrible turn around time. Called and left several messages, played phone tag with someone for over a month and finally was able to talk to someone who told me “they probably aren’t calling you back because you didn’t complete an application online”. I literally called this company to understand their process. Real professional! Filled out online application, got response that it would be reviewed within 72 hours. 10 days later I finally got a call back ( two months after my first call to this company) to ask me the same questions I completed on their online application. Took my information and told me someone would review my information and email me next steps. Within one minute, I got an email saying I was decline because I make too much money. Which they obviously knew while on the phone and just couldn’t tell me then. Emailed back stating I just got an increase in pay and when I first called (two months ago) my pay was significantly less - still no response back. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. So unprofessional and absurd turn around time for anything. Wish there was a zero star.

Very terrible service! No one knows what they’re doing! They told me something different every time I called! Waited to tell me at the last minute that they are unable to reprint me! Karla wasn’t able to tell me why other then conflict of interest! When I proceeded to ask more questions, she kept getting more rude and just kept hanging up the phone! Then stated she was going” to report me”

Terrible representation, I wonder how many people are sitting in jail, wrongfully accused, didn't get a far hearing trial, representation. I had to go all the way to the CEO , and more because of the discrepancies, lies, misrepresented. I was the lawyer, I was represented my an attorney and there supervisor because my case was so complex. All's I can say is I highly advise consulting in other legal counsel on the side if you can of a real attorney, and they still didn't listen.
