My review is in reference to real estate services. I had the pleasure of working with Nate Scaggs, and his paralegal Deborah Heart. I will say, after my initial consultation with Nate, I knew I would be using their services. I needed to sell our childhood home my parents owned. I had the deed, but many of my siblings had passed. I wanted to include their airs in their place. That added a little extra time because it had to go through the court system process. However, they explained the process, and kept me updated on the status, which I greatly appreciated. We had many questions along the way, but Debra made sure they were answered.

My former bankruptcy attorney firm. The bankruptcy was completed in court in in 2011.

I received a pleasant phone call admitting that the firm will not pursue a civil rights investigation or a referral regarding the Planet Fitness matter which I inquired on. The key declination phrase that the caller spoke was #ClassAction.

The matter involves reputation repair. The future employability of a client should always be a concern of any bankruptcy attorney.

What other law firm would have the duty of care to serve a top graduate of the local high school who needed to file bankruptcy with their services?

Should get no stars. Very unethical and should be disbarred for their practice- they filed a garnishment summons on their own without their client, Lendmark, knowing. Their client Lendmark settled and closed their case with me and the court showed it was closed. They were shocked at the fact the case was open again by this firm and garnished my bank without ANY notice (such as a copy of the summons in the mail or a certified mail copy) to them or to me. Will definitely be getting in touch with the bar association on their practice to file a grievance.
