decent, clean apartments. good living space. although if you are concerned with maintence men entering all female apartments with no prior notice to the tenants, i would advise against. my previous roommates and i had many occasions when we were sleeping/occupied in the restroom, and were caught off guard by a man in our living room nearing to open our bedroom door. the landlord of this building seems to have no great interest in her tenants privacy, as well as no communication skills.

Really awesome place to live, the place is very vibratey which means it shakes a lot when someone closes a door or stomps really hard. Other than that, there are no complaints on my end, nice location too.

Good apartments, great for living in, but the land lady is very hard to deal with and does a very poor job of communicating with Tenants which leads to very inconvenient problems for us. She doesn’t seem to have have her tenants best interests in mind either, if you bring up a complaint she just simply doesn’t care. Would rate 5 stars if it were a different land lady.

I lived there for several semesters. An absolutely wonderful environment with a great uplifting little community. 4 occupants per apartment. A full kitchen, nice living room, and 2 bedrooms. Washers and dryers are located in the 6th building and there's a laundromat just around the corner if you prefer. Anywhere from 5 to 10 minute walk from any place on campus. Right next door to the LDS Institute of Religion.
A definite 5 star experience! I'd recommend to anyone, especially new people or people in need of true friends/community!

Nice clean apartments but sadly TERRIBLE management. management was rude and very hard to contact when we needed something. Unless management changes I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

The apartments are great, the people are great, community is great, location is great! The only problem is the landlord and her ability to communicate with her tenants. It has led to MANY problems with MANY of the tenants.
